Machine Features The Twin Head Auto Piston Filler shown here is economically priced and comprised of 2 sections - A metering piston chamber trolley (on castors) and a filling section that is mounted directly to the conveyor. Because of it’s 2 piece design, it could be easily moved to different lines for a varying range of products. It’s designed for use with pharmaceuticals, household and agricultural chemicals along with foodstuffs. The machine is equipped with a small product feed tank. Automatic liquid control is optional. The machines components are pneumatically and electrically controlled. The parts contacting the product are manufactured from Grade 316 Stainless Steel. The filling volume and speed is adjustable with a high level of accuracy. Hand-wheel adjustment allows for a quick and easy change-over. Machines are available in many models to allow filling up to 5000mL.
