Carton Overpackers are a second step in cartoning using RSC Cartons and require one (1) operator to place an RSC carton over a collated pack of bottle, cans, cups, cartons or objects. They are simple to operate and maintain and low in cost and speed up packaging lines. They don't require high quality cartons.
They are 25% the cost of an automatic cartoner and can handle components to a maximum of 20 cartons / min. We commend them to you as a good first step in packaging automation of the Cartoning function. In Asia and the Middle East, they are a must.
